Discharge

ADMISSION

Our Admission & Discharge counter (Level 1) opens :

Monday to Friday, Sunday: 8.30am to 5pm

Saturday: 8.30am to 12.30pm

Beyond these hours, kindly proceed to our Reception

(Ground Floor), which is open 24 hours.

Please bring along the following documents for your admission:

 • NRIC/Passport

 • Referral documents e.g doctor’s referral letter,

previous medical reports, x-ray films etc.

 • Guarantee letter (if applicable)

 • Insurance card (if applicable)

 

DISCHARGE

Upon discharge, kindly proceed to the Admission & Discharge counter (Level 1) to settle the bill.

For self paying patients, the full bill must be settled before you can be discharged. If you are using an insurance or Corporate Guarantee Letter, you are required to settle the amount that is not covered by insurance or Corporate Guarantee Letter.

DEPOSIT

A deposit will be collected upon admission. The deposit will be based on the estimated hospital bill and will be used to offset the charges incurred during your hospital stay.

If the total bill exceeds a certain amount, a notice will be given to you, informing you to top up your deposit during your hospital stay.
